I ordered this from OrthoMed hoping it would fit better and feel more supportive, but it just felt a little off for me. There is some support, but after wearing it for a while it started rubbing and felt too tight in certain spots. It might work well for someone else, but for me it ended up being more uncomfortable than helpful, which was disappointing.

I wasn’t totally sure what to expect at first, but I gave it a shot and ended up feeling comfortable with it. Nothing over-the-top or amazing, but it did what I needed and didn’t give me any reason to worry. By the end, I felt like it was trustworthy enough and overall a decent experience.

I was a little unsure when I ordered it because sizing can be hit or miss for me. But when it showed up and I tried it on, it fit perfectly right away. No awkward tight spots, no need to exchange it, just the right size. Definitely a nice surprise.

I had to exchange a brace for a different size, and they did end up helping me get it sorted. The only issue was that replies took a few days each time, which was a little frustrating. Since I’m careful about what I spend, I was glad the exchange worked out, but I wish the process had been quicker. Not a bad experience overall, just slower than I expected.

I don’t remember exactly how long it took, but I do remember feeling like I was waiting longer than I expected for a reply. Once customer service got back to me, though, they answered my question and were helpful. Overall, not a bad experience at all—I just wish they were a bit quicker to respond

I ended up waiting way longer than expected again, and there weren’t really any updates along the way. Kind of frustrating, lol.

I’ve been using it and it does the job, so I can’t really complain too much. That said, for what I paid, I was expecting it to feel a little sturdier or more premium. It’s not bad at all, just kind of average in my opinion. Shipping was fine too, nothing special but no real issues

My order did show up on time, which I appreciated, but the packaging was rough. The box was crushed and looked like it was barely taped shut. Thankfully, everything inside was okay, but it didn’t feel like much care went into packing it. I’ve ordered expecting a bit more from orthomed.ca, so I was left feeling a little disappointed.

Paying was simple. Everything went through fine, and I didn’t run into any weird issues.

I had a hard time figuring out the right size because the product description left out some key details. It felt like I was making an educated guess instead of buying with confidence. For me, sizing info is one of the most important things to include, so the listing wasn’t as helpful as I hoped.

I tried ordering a couple of ortho things from OrthoMed, but a lot of what I needed wasn’t actually available. Some of this stuff still showed up on the site, and then you click around and find out it’s out of stock. That was kind of frustrating since I needed it soon. The site itself is fine and easy enough to use, but the availability could definitely be better.
